Johan and Alyssa Ibanez
We are Johan and Alyssa Ibanez - co-directors of Timba Tumbao Dallas - a Latin dance school based in Dallas/Addison area that celebrates music, history, connection, and expression in dance. Over the last 10 years, we have had the privilege of training different levels of dancers and in different styles of Salsa. Whether you are excited to learn how to social dance, or are hoping to compete on a global stage, we are excited to use our passion for the roots of salsa to help you grow as a dancer.
Our Salsa classes are taught beyond the numbers. We go deeper into Salsa music and its history to give you a better understanding of how to feel the rhythms and interpret them into your steps and partner work.
